Our Products’ Safety
Aero models we sell ARE NOT TOYS. Therefore they do not have to comply either with EEC Directives 378/88 and 68/93 or with Italian Legislative Decrees 313/91 and 41/97.
The packages we ship contain pre-built components for aero models to be assembled, made mostly with wood, fiberglass and iron-on fuelproof film.
Included with the components are also some accessories necessary for assembly, such as screws and other parts, often small sized. Packages do not contain either engines or electrical/electronic components.
Therefore our models intended only for adult users and are considered safe products, according to the requirements set by the EEC Directive 2001/95/CE, paragraph II, point 3.
As a further concern about safety, we do not accept orders by minors.
We strongly suggest our customers to make sure that packages’ content is not within children’s reach when they are not supervised by adults. We also recommend buyers to conform strictly to laws and rules, issued by local authorities, to regulate the utilization of radio-controlled models.
In no case will we bear any responsibility for the use of its products.
These warnings apply also to items, other than aero-models, for which CE conformity is not required.
Other items for which CE conformity is requested are duly certified.
