TERMS OF SERVICE


Items description
We do our best to provide an accurate description of any items for sale. However, occasionally, it may happen that some details do not match exactly the description. These differences may concern only minor details such as, for example, the colour of the model.

Items availability
Items not available for sale are clearly indicated.
On available items, if the quantity desired exceeds the number on stock, the booking procedure is halted and maximum available quantity is shown.
We do not accept booking or payments on items not available for sale.

Prices
All prices are VAT (Value Added Tax) included, except the ones ordered by Customers resident in non UE Countries.
Prices may change without notice. The prices we charge are the ones shown on the website at the moment the order is accepted.

Shipment
We ship to Italy and to all those European Countries listed in the form to be filled for the order to be processed. Customers who are residents in a non UE country may ask a quotation at info@rcitems.com
We normally ship in 1 to 3 working days after the order is accepted. Delivery occurs within 5 days after shipment.
The above terms are indicative; we cannot be kept responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as: strikes, customs inspections or customers wrong data.
We do not accept cash on delivery.

Guarantee
Suppliers grant that items sold have no defects.
Some items may have a guarantee; in this case the certificate is included.
