Our policy
At RCITEMS we are first of all aeromodellers.
Our idea is to deal essentially in ARF models, matching excellent quality with highly competitive prices.
This is why we concentrated our offer on a limited number of items of selected suppliers; despite that we are able to offer a full range of models, from trainers to really rare scale models.
Before beginning this activity we personally tested some models, building and flying them.
We optimised logistics as well and therefore we are in a position to deliver all items all over Europe in a few days at moderate costs.

Our customers are the real asset of our activity; our mission is to take care of their satisfaction. We will appreciate any problem reporting and any suggestion and we shall do our best to solve problems and to increase quality and assistance.
Our Customers’ protection
Our goal is to grant our customers a top protection, also Law based. We act in full respect of:
- European Directive 97/7/CE on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
- European Directive 98/7/CE for the approximation, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States concerning consumer credit.
- European Directive 2002/58/CE concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in electronic communications sector.
- FEDMA – Federation of European Direct Marketing: E-commerce and Interactive Marketing Code.
